Q. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
A. At the time of sending your booking enquiry from our site you will receive a confirmation that we have received your request. Once availability and pricing is confirmed and agreed by both parties via email or phone you can rest assured that your reservation is confirmed and noted down.
Q. Is it more expensive to book a taxi through Limassol-Taxi.com than to get a taxi at the Airport?
A. No, in fact it is cheaper, especially on longer trips.
Q. How do I find my driver?
Your driver will meet you in front of your arrival gate inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a Limassol-Taxi.com sign with your name written upon it.
Q. What happens if I cannot find my driver?

Q. What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
A. We operate 24 hours and monitor all incoming flights in Cyprus. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra charge. Please be advised that knowing your flight number is important to us in order to monitor your incoming flight.
Q .How long will I have to wait at the airport?
A. If you have booked a Taxi Transfer your driver should be ready to depart as soon as you and/or your group has arrived.
Q. I have lost my luggage. Will Limassol-Taxi.com collect it for me later?
A. All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.
Q. I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
A. Please contact our reservations office with details of the missing items and your transfer. We will then endeavour to have the items returned to you. A charge may be applicable.
Q. Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
A. Yes, We are fully licensed. All our vehicles are also insured.
Q. Are your taxis non smoking? Air conditionned? How many do they seat ? and does vehicle have seat belts?
A. All taxi are non smoking and air conditioned. We have both 4 seater cars and 8 seater vans. And all our vechicles include seat belts following local regulations.
Q. I have lots of luggage, will there be room?
A. Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase or similar. If you are bringing other stuff like golf clubs please make sure to let us know in order to ensure that a suitable vehicle is supplied.
Q. Can we stop off at the supermarket or to pick up property keys en route?
A. Only by prior arrangement with our reservations office and only if you are travelling by Private Transfer.
Q. Does the driver speak English?
A. In all cases Limassol Taxi Drivers speak English, although scheduling requirements may mean that occasionally a non-English speaking driver may carry out a transfer. We not only have English speaking divers but Greek and German as well.
Q. Can I make a booking on line?
A. Please use the form on the home page to send us your taxi hire booking enquiry. We will reply back within 12 Hours to confirm pricing and availability of the selected taxi for hire.
Q. How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
A. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before transfer.
Q. How much should I tip the driver?
A.Tips are at the discretion of the passenger and according to the service they received.
